Beginners Pilates 2

Our beginners Pilates class is perfect for anyone who is new to Pilates.  If you have always wondered about trying Pilates but haven’t for whatever reason then give this class a go! It includes shoulder bridge and glute work. You will be so glad you did!

Intermediate Pilates 1

Our intermediate level Pilates class is suitable for those who have done Pilates before and are confident of the moves. The class has a steady pace and includes some intermediate work, using all of the muscles combined in the one move.

Pilates Glutes Workout

This Pilates glutes class is suitable for intermediate level and includes work on those all-important glute muscles. Keeping the glutes strong helps to prevent injuries, assists with pelvic alignment, and supports the lower back.

Pilates Leg Workout

Regular Pilates practice is ideal for leg strength. This class will strengthen and stretch the legs, assisted by TheraBands. Leg workouts can slim and trim the legs over time, contribute to better performance in many sports and reduce back pain.
