I started Pilates over a year ago doing 1 or 2 or classes a week. As a result, I feel better both physically and mentally, and notice changes in my strength, flexibility, and posture.
The transition from studio classes via zoom over the past 6 months has been seamless. The instruction from Kate has been so clear that it feels like she is still in the room with you. I look forward to the warm welcome and great encouragement during each class. I never tire of the classes as each class is different and works different parts of the body. I praise Pilates by Kate for continuing to provide such high-quality classes during these challenging times.
