I have been doing pilates with Kate for about 18 months and haven taken part in previous pilates classes, Kate’s are by far the best. Her attention to detail on each and every person in the class is top notch, she will work with you in relation to any areas that you need to take care of or work on while doing the class.
I have found that my back which I have had previous issues with is so much stronger and doesn’t give me as much trouble now as it did before starting the classes. There are a mix of ages, gender and fitness levels in the classes and there are always a few laughs, during the lockdown period classes started via zoom which has been a great success and so well run and managed by the ever patient Kate , I would, and have highly recommend Kate’s classes to everyone.
