I joined Kate’s Thursday class in June 2019. I love my Pilates class, not always feeling like I have the energy for it, but do it & always feel a lot better after it. Kate covers exercise for the entire body. You can take the class at your own pace or keep up with her & push yourself, feeling the benefits & a sense of achievement when you’re finished. Exercising on my own I just wouldn’t push myself like that.
Due to Covid Kate is running her classes online through Zoom, which is working out great. She watches us (corrects & encourages) as we go through the class, you can see & hear Kate very clearly. Zoom has another benefit, if we can’t attend on our particular night, Kate facilitates us by adding us into another class, so we don’t miss out. Kate is a lovely person, upbeat which is great to have in our class.
