I have attended a number of Pilates Classes with Kate and more recently the classes have been on Zoom, which are just as good as physically attending a class.
Kate is a very professional and friendly teacher. Her classes are structured to suit all stages of fitness and she is very tuned into what each person is capable of achieving.
Pilates has increased my overall fitness and strength and because each class is made up of varied exercises which target different muscles in the body, you always feel you have had a good workout. Kate is always interested in feedback and classes are fun and varied. I would highly recommend Kate’s classes if you want to increase flexibility and your overall strength and fitness.
