My energy/ fitness levels are so much better

I would highly recommend Kate. I’ve been doing pilates for a year with Kate. She made me feel so welcome to the class and we clicked straight away due to Kate’s lovely happy smiling personality. She is an amazing teacher. Her classes are friendly and fun. Pilates really helps to keep me strong and keep injuries at bay. It is also great to help lose weight but also one of the huge benefits to Pilates is de-stressing. The deep breathing and concentration is great for settling your mind which always helps in turn with sleep, my energy/ fitness levels are so much better when I’m doing Pilates.

The zoom classes have been a godsend during lock down. I really enjoy them and so does my lovely big black lab who likes to sit and watch when I’m doing class. The zoom class is perfect also if people are unable to leave kids in the house and there is never any pressure on anybody if people need to nip out or kids/dogs feel the need to have a peek into the class. I’m so delighted to have met Kate and to be a part of her amazing class 5/ 5 stars in every area possible.
