I have been attending Stott Pilates classes with Kate for 9 months now. I do 2 classes per week and it has totally changed my quality of life. I suffered terribly with my neck pain beforehand and now I only have the odd day when I’m slightly sore. I was even able to give up on pain injections.
My waist shape, my core strength, my posture and how I move have all improved. I was able to start running again so I can exercise even more than Pilates by itself. Kate is an amazing instructor and really cares about her students. Her classes are very safe. There is no pressure whilst she also spurs you along to do the best you can. Since Covid 19 I have continued my classes via ZOOM. Everyone can stay safe while still accessing a proper class. I actually find these great as there is no travel time/babysitter needed.
