Kate started Pilates classes in Newlands Golf Club in January 2019 and we are delighted that she has stayed the course with us. It was originally thought that the classes would be about golf fitness and core strength. The classes proved to be that and more, Kate is so knowledgeable about each part of the body that we know we are in safe hands. We are all really feeling the benefits, developing strength in mind and body.
Since the middle of March 2020 we have continued with our classes online and the transition has been seamless. The instructions from Kate have been so clear that it feels like Kate is beside me! We have lived through some very challenging times over the last few months so I was absolutely delighted that Kate was able to continue our classes online.
