Kate teaches Pilates classes both online and in studios in South Dublin. Kate runs Pilates classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

Pilates with Kate teaches using the STOTT PILATES® method. STOTT PILATES offers a contemporary approach to the original Pilates exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates.

Pilates is suitable for everyone and you can take it at your own pace. A clear and well-instructed class makes all the difference when learning the key Principles of Pilates.

Following 20 years of working at a desk job Kate has trained in STOTT PILATES following a neck injury, now healing with regular Pilates practice. Kate now assists her students in taking their own journey to improve their wellness through movement.
