Beginners Pilates 2

Our beginners level Pilates class 2 is a 1-hour class that is perfect for anyone who is new to Pilates. It is a good idea to start with one of the beginner’s level classes to get to know the basic principles of Pilates. This class includes shoulder bridge and glute work.

If you have always wondered about trying Pilates but for whatever reason you have yet to try it then give this class a go!

This class is suitable for any age, male or female and can be enjoyed regardless of your fitness level. This class is pre-recorded, so all you need is a mat, a head block or small cushion, a Theraband and yourself.

You can take the class in your own time, from your own home.

Access to the class is available for 3 days from your purchase date.
