Intermediate Pilates 1

Our intermediate level Pilates class is 1-hour long. It is suitable for those who have done Pilates before and are confident of the moves involved. The class has a steady pace and includes some intermediate work that uses all the muscles combined in the one move.

A little more challenging, but very manageable once you have completed at least 12 beginners level classes. This class is pre recorded, so all you need is a mat, a head block or small cushion a theraband and yourself. You can take the class in your own time, from your own home.

Access to the class is available for 3 days from your purchase date.
