Pilates Leg Workout

Regular Pilates practice is ideal for creating strength in the legs. In this workout you will strengthen and stretch assisted by TheraBands. Stronger legs contribute to better performance in many sports.

Leg workouts can slim and trim the legs over time. Leg exercises can also help to reduce back pain. Tight hamstrings can affect the back and lower back pain can be caused by weak stabilising muscles, so its important to strengthen the leg muscles.

A little more challenging, but very manageable once you have completed at least 12 beginners level classes. This class is pre-recorded, so all you need is a mat, a head block or small cushion a theraband and yourself. You can take the class in your own time, from your own home.
