This Pilates Glutes Workout class includes work on those all-important glute muscles.
Benefits of keeping the glutes strong:

This class is suitable for intermediate level so it is a little more challenging, but very manageable once you have completed at least 12 beginners level classes.
This class is pre-recorded, so all you need is a mat, a head block or small cushion, a theraband and yourself. You can take the class in your own time, from your own home.
Access to the class is available for 3 days from your purchase date.
