Fantastic Class
Started my second term with Kate for Pilates and it has honestly strengthened my body already. From suffering with an injury two years ago and feeling anxious doing any exercises , I am more confident and feeling so much stronger! I would highly recommend Kate to begin your Pilates journey as you won’t look back!
A great way to exercise for older people
I started Pilates with Kate in 2022 and I really enjoy it. I was apprehensive about starting an exercise class but her instructions are very clear and she allows you to take the session at your own pace. It’s a great way to start your day!
Great Monday Morning Pilates Class
As a newcomer late in life to Pilates, Kate made me feel very welcome in her class and took the time to explain the various exercises to me. I’m certainly feeling the benefit of going to Pilates with Kate, I’ve greater flexibility and mobility as a result. I’d highly recommend it.

I have been doing Pilates with Kate for a year now, absolutely love it. Would recommend it to anyone, brilliant classes! Amazing for stretching and toning. Any injuries and Kate is on it with suitable exercises. Haven’t needed to attend my physio since I started. Pilates definitely kept us going through lockdown!
